{"id":539,"date":"2019-11-24T21:42:42","date_gmt":"2019-11-24T19:42:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cratia.com\/?post_type=countries&#038;p=539"},"modified":"2020-11-18T17:22:51","modified_gmt":"2020-11-18T15:22:51","slug":"farmakonadzor","status":"publish","type":"countries","link":"https:\/\/cratia.com\/en\/countries\/mongoliya\/farmakonadzor\/","title":{"rendered":"Pharmacovigilance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The pharmacovigilance system in Mongolia is established by the Order of the Minister of Health No. 415 dated November 7, 2013 \u201cOn approval of registration of data on the side effects of medicinal products and safety information and rules\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The competent authority of the pharmacovigilance system in Mongolia is the Department (division) on medicinal products and medical devices of the Ministry of Health.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applicants (manufacturers) are not required to appoint an authorized person responsible for pharmacovigilance in the territory of Mongolia. However, distributors and manufacturers are required to submit a summary drug safety report (PSUR) to the Department on medicinal products and medical devices of the Ministry of Health within the following timelines:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">every six months during the first 3 years after registration,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">every year for the next 2 years,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">upon each renewal thereafter.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cratia provides professional services of establishment and maintenance of pharmacovigilance system in Mongolia.
