According to Appendix No. 1 to the \u201cProcedure for Certification of Medicines and Medical Goods\u201d cosmetic products with therapeutic or preventive indications are included in the list of products subject to mandatory certification.<\/span><\/p>\n The competent authority for the registration of such products is the State Supervision Service for Health Care and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan.<\/span><\/p>\n A Marketing Authorization (state registration certificate) for a cosmetic products is issued for a period of 5 years.<\/span><\/p>\n Other cosmetics (without therapeutic properties) are certified by the Agency for Standardization, Metrology, Certification and Trade Inspection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (Tajikstandard).<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Cratia provides professional services of state registration of cosmetic products in Tajikistan.
