Special purpose food products are subject to state registration and certification.
The registration of dietary supplements under the national procedure is carried out according to IL No. 08-3307 of 02.10.2013, as well as under the “centralized” procedure according to the Technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
The authorized body for registration of special purpose food products in Kyrgyzstan is the Department of pharmaceutical supply and medical equipment of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic (website: http://www.pharm.kg/).
State registration of special purpose food products issued without expiry and covers the territory of all EAEU member states: Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan.
